Service Description
During this Ayurvedic assessment, we take in depth look at your current state of wellness. You will complete a medical history questionairre in advance and during the assessment, I will conduct a pulse analysis as well as a tongue and eye analysis. This helps in determining your Dosha as well as identifying any current aggravations (Vikritti) you may have. Once your dosha and Vikritti have been identified, we will then discuss a plan on how to treat and bring these back into balance.
